How this guy got mad at me

A brother and sister studying at Acharya College visited our 1 Bhk property the day before yesterday to see a vacant unit.

They couldn’t see the live unit as the current tenant had not yet vacated, and she was not staying in the room at that time.

So I sent the property video… they liked it on the spot and confirmed me, saying we need this room like they orally told us.

They didn’t ask me how to reserve the property. They just told me to reserve this unit for us and left the spot.

They came again the next day and asked to show me the property live….

I told them the property had already been booked out by others.

When he heard others already booked it, he got mad and angry.

I can see from his behaviour…

He replied, I told you to book for us, na.. like he informed me.

I replied… bro daily, 10 guys will come and tell me I need this. I cannot book for all. Users who pay a non-refundable token advance for them I can book.

For which he said, at least you could have called before taking advance from others.

Why should the owner do that?

He left angrily… saying it’s not fair.

Within a few minutes, he again sent a WhatsApp message to ask about any other 1 bhk units available in our building.

I simply said Not right now.

If you like any property, book it by paying a token advance. Not telling verbally I need this unit like how this guy did….

None of the owners consider you serious, just listening to your words without showing your interest in paying in advance.
